Websites for roofers

Websites for roofers that price the gutter clean and send you the leak

Pages built around your own photos from up top, and your price list behind the questions you would ask on the phone. The routine work gets a figure straight away; anything you need to climb up and see comes to you first.

Two builds a month, booking one month out. Two to three weeks from your photos and your price list.

Quoting is open to new builds now, and already runs on a client’s site. A plain website can take quoting later, without a rebuild.

The call you miss

It rained all night, their ceiling has a brown ring on it, and you are two storeys up on a re-roof at Brighton

Every roofer in the suburb got the same call that morning. The ones who rang back first got the inspections, and the gutter cleans they would have booked while you were there went with them.

  • A gutter clean on a single-storey house gets a figure straight away, priced by the length of the gutter and how many storeys.
  • A leak never gets a price online. It comes to you as an enquiry with where the water is showing and how old the roof is, and you decide when to go up.
  • Storm week stops being a day of callbacks, because the routine work prices itself and only the leaks wait for you.
  • Nobody gets a figure for a re-roof off a phone photo. The site says so, and sends the enquiry to you instead of guessing.

A site that quotes will give them a price while you are still on the job.

Off your price list, under your name, before the other roofer has rung back.

What your site asks

The questions you would ask on the phone

Two or three, in your trade’s terms, and nothing they cannot answer standing in the room with the problem.

01

One storey or two?

Two storeys means harness and a longer ladder, and it moves the price of everything up top.

02

Tile or tin?

The first thing you ask, because it changes how you walk the roof and what the repair costs.

03

Is water coming inside?

If it is, the site stops pricing and puts them through to you as an enquiry. That is a job for your eyes, not a price list.

The jobs a roofer’s site quotes, in the words your customer types. The figures would be yours; anything that needs a look goes to you instead.

  • Gutters cleaned out, single storey
  • Gutter guard put on the whole house
  • Broken tiles replaced after hail
  • Downpipe that has come away fixed back on
  • Whirlybird put in over the kitchen
  • Ridge capping repointed
  • Rusted length of gutter replaced
  • Box gutter cleaned and flushed

It is fictional, and says so. The one real site quoting today belongs to a handyman, and it is written up in full on the Yatara Property Maintenance page.

Live example

Torrens Plumbing

No roofing example exists yet, so this is the nearest thing that does: a fictional plumber’s site quoting live. Your version asks about storeys and tiles instead of taps and drains.

The same two starting points as everyone

A roofer’s site is priced off our price list the same way yours will price theirs. Add only the work you need, with each price shown before you choose it, and read how the quoting works before you decide which one.

Every build hands over the same things — up to five pages around your jobs, your photos, help with your Google Business Profile, an enquiry form on your own domain — and the website page lists all of it.

A few questions, and you leave with a price for your site.

Our price list does the pricing, so the figure is fixed before we speak. The call is fifteen minutes on the jobs you want more of and when I could start.
