What’s not included
- I do not take photos. You supply your own photos or arrange your own photographer.
- Domain registration, renewal and external mailbox, feed, publishing or map tile fees are separate.
- No promise of search rankings, indexing or traffic.
- Bookings, payments and other custom work need a separate scope and price.
- Ongoing writing, social content and Google Ads management are not included.

How payment works
- DEPOSIT
Half to start, half before launch. Scope and start date agreed before the deposit. Bank transfer or card, invoice with your ABN on it.
- GOES LIVE
The monthly starts the day the site is live, not the day you pay the deposit.
- MONTHLY, OR THE YEAR
Pay for annual care up front and get two months free: $790 instead of $948 on Website, or $1,990 instead of $2,388 on Website That Quotes. The build is paid separately. Annual care renews at the agreed annual rate, or you can switch to monthly.
Cancel any time with thirty days' notice. You keep the domain and the files; I'll hand them over and help you move. No exit fee.
Questions people actually ask
Yes. Domain registered in your name and your ABN, files handed over on request, no licence terms that stop you leaving.
Send me your text, photo and price changes: the monthly includes thirty minutes of changes, rolled over up to two hours. If you want to publish changes yourself, editing tools are scoped and priced separately.
Keep it. Connecting your domain is included. I'll check your existing email settings and agree the switch with you; domain registration and renewal remain separate.
Two to three weeks from the day you send photos and I've got your price list. The photos are usually the hold-up, so start taking them now.
Booking systems, member logins, stock counts, anything with a login — that's a custom build. Quoted separately after a proper conversation, not squeezed into a package.
Not yet, unless you're the one client already running it. Quoting opens to new clients soon. A website built now is not rebuilt when it does: the quoting is switched on and the monthly moves to the quoting rate from that day.
