Your customer accepts the quote, and the job is booked in with you
On a website that quotes, the last step is theirs: they read the price, press accept, and the job is yours. You still choose the day, so nothing goes in your week that you have not said yes to.
What happens when they say yes
Four things, in this order, and only the last one needs you.
Your customer accepts the quote
At the price on the screen, off your price list. Nothing about the figure changes because they said yes.
The job lands with you
The jobs they picked, their answers, their name, number and address, in your inbox with the quote attached.
They get the quote too
Under your name, itemised, with the date it holds until. They know what they agreed to.
You set the day
You ring or message them and pick a day that works for both of you, the way you already do.
Booked in is not the same as a time in your diary
An accepted quote means they have agreed to the work at that price. It does not pick Tuesday at nine for you. That is deliberate: you know which jobs fit around which, and a website does not.
If you want them to choose from your real availability, that is calendar work on top of the quoting. It depends on the calendar you already use, so it is scoped and priced after a conversation rather than listed with a figure.
What the booking does not do
- Put your customer into a slot in your diary without you seeing it first
- Take a deposit or a payment
- Send out reminders, run a job list or manage a crew
It is a website that quotes and takes a yes, not a job-management system. If you already run one, the quotes can still land in your inbox beside it.
What it costs
Accepting a quote is part of the quote flow, so it comes with Website That Quotes at no extra charge. It does not come with a plain website, because without a price on the screen there is nothing for them to accept.
AUD, no GST
- Accept and book in
- Included in Website That Quotes
- Website That Quotes
- from $3,700, then $199/month, or $1,990 for the year
- Choosing from your calendar
- Scoped and priced separately
Fewer phone calls between a price and a yes.
A few questions and you leave with a fixed price for your own build. If you want calendar booking on top, say so on the call and it is scoped there.
